Facilities Maintenance Lead
**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Lead, up to $35/hr.** The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing repairs and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, architectural features, wall and floor finishes, and other components within the common areas of a shopping center. This role involves using various documentation to effectively and efficiently complete assigned tasks, including maintenance and repair procedures, manufacturer's data, and safety data sheets. **Responsibilities** + Execute and implement preventative maintenance and repairs for all systems and equipment, with guidance from the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor. + Coordinate and perform maintenance and repair for other department systems. + Prepare written repair records, logs, test reports, and work orders to accurately document work performed. + Monitor and report inventory of parts and supplies for the Operations Department. + Ensure all furnishings, equipment, and tools are maintained in safe working order. + Report conditions requiring further attention to ensure safety. + Provide input and feedback to minimize repair and maintenance expenses within the department. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical skills + Preventive maintenance + HVAC systems + Electrical systems + Plumbing + Maintenance repair + Carpentry + Facilities maintenance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in commercial properties + Management experience **Work Environment** Work in the common areas such as halls, entrances, and bathrooms of Easton Mall. This role operates on the first shift, Tuesday through Saturday. Note that maintenance of individual stores is the responsibility of the tenants. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
