This includes maintenance and repair tasks on industrial electrical systems, plumbing, pressure systems, HVAC, and carpentry throughout the facility. Additional duties include replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door knobs, locking systems, and cabinets. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on building and facilities equipment. + Conduct maintenance on industrial electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. + Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door knobs, locking systems, and cabinets. + Ensure all tasks are performed safely and efficiently. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. + Work from schematics and blueprints to execute maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of direct facilities maintenance experience in an industrial setting. + Proficiency in maintenance repairs on building electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. + Industrial maintenance experience. + Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance expertise. + Experience with industrial electrical systems (480 Volt, Three Phase). + Relevant schooling such as an associate degree or certifications. **Why Work Here?** The company is experiencing rapid growth with ongoing expansion and has introduced three new lines over the past four years.
