In this role you will be responsible to make sure the facility runs smoothly and support the technical operations. To be considered for this role you will have 3+ years of hands-on facilities and/or maintenance experience within a fast-paced environment Facilities Maintenance Operations Job Duties * You"ll interact with many teams, independently execute day-to-day operations and maintenance activities. * Execute basic facilities maintenance and improvement tasks in support of technical development and office users, promptly closing out all work order requests using our online ticketing system * Perform basic maintenance of facilities equipment, organizing and maintaining hardware and tools as well as assembling and installing facility furniture/equipment * Maintain safe surfaces inside and outside the facility (snow removal on paths, wet floor caution, etc.); inspects facility for weather-related leaks * Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and colleagues * Interface with vendors, provide escorts for in-housework, assist in security badge access * Support Warehouse staff when on breaks, vacations, or as needed * Manage recycling and waste removal schedule Knowledge/Skills/Education/Experience * 3+ years of hands-on facilities and/or maintenance experience within a fast-paced environment * Ability to shift gears quickly and follow tasks/projects to completion with minimal prompting * Willingness to contribute ideas towards organizational and technical problem solving * Strong communication and organization skills with great attention to detail * Ability to learn cloud based organizational tools (Envoy, Brivo, Asana knowledge a plus) * Shift and Potential Overtime Flexibility * Ability to regularly lift 35 to 50 lbs. * Trades skills are a plus Location: Berkeley , CA Minimum Experience (yrs): 3 + Required Education: High School Diploma Salary: 35.00 /hour Benefits: Return to search results Email this job to a friend (emailjobs.asp?jo_num=362768) If you have previously registered with us, pleaseLog in (memberlogin.asp) to apply for this position. *Logged in members may also add jobs to their job cart
