**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance** **Job Description** The Facilities Maintenance Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing building maintenance issues by submitting tickets and liaising with third-party services to resolve problems. This role involves overseeing various maintenance tasks, including painting, faucet changes, and supervising work completion. The position requires experience in facilities maintenance within a distribution center, with responsibilities extending to minor maintenance of sit-down forklifts and dock-related issues. **Responsibilities** + Submit tickets for building maintenance issues and coordinate with third-party services for resolution. + Supervise maintenance tasks such as painting, faucet changes, and other minor repairs. + Perform minor maintenance on sit-down forklifts, including changing forks and tires. + Address issues with docks and dock doors, ensuring functionality and safety. + Use a scissor lift for tasks like changing light bulbs and repainting. + Tighten bolts on new doors, adjust furniture, and move items to ensure optimal facility operation. + Alleviate the need for external contractors by addressing various maintenance needs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in facilities maintenance within a distribution center. + Proficiency in coordinating building maintenance and submitting tickets. + Ability to perform minor maintenance tasks on sit-down forklifts. + Comfortable working on docks and dock doors. + Skillful in using a scissor lift for maintenance tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with facility maintenance administration. + Willingness to work proactively to prevent the need for external contractor intervention. **Why Work Here?** Join a team in a brand-new building, offering a fresh and modern work environment. The position demands a proactive approach to facility maintenance in a dynamic and fresh setting. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, Washington. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
