Job Title: Facilities Helper

Job Description

The 1st shift Facilities Helper is responsible for maintaining the lawns and grounds at both locations, which includes tasks such as weeding, mowing with a zero-turn lawn mower, and snow plowing two lots as well as snow removal on sidewalks during the winter months. Additional duties include emptying garbage within the facility, filling coolant in machines, and performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned both inside and outside the facility. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, with optional work on Fridays.

ResponsibilitiesPerform lawn care and maintenance, including weeding and mowing with a zero-turn lawn mower.Conduct snow plowing and removal in designated areas during winter months.Empty facility garbage bins and refill machine coolant as needed.Assist with other miscellaneous tasks inside and outside the facility as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in operating a zero-turn lawn mower.Experience with snow plowing and removal.General labor skills for facility maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mowing and weeding.Ability to operate snow blowers.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
