**Role Definition**
This position is responsible for the Control and Automation within the Maintenance Department. Key responsibilities include maintaining and improving KPIs, managing resources, Update and manage Equipment’s backups, overseeing predictive and preventive maintenance and TPM documentation, supporting capital projects, and driving performance improvements related to equipment control.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop and improve maintenance routines, procedures, and technical documentation.
+ Collect, analyze, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the plant and department.
+ Analyze data to identify root causes and propose solutions for recurring issues.
+ Monitor and manage inventory of parts and tools for M&E components and services.
+ Provide specialized support for equipment service issues and work requests.
+ Collaborate with facility engineers and support manufacturing and related departments on projects involving machine and equipment.
**Degree Requirement**
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Control Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.

+ Prepare and present information for production meetings.
+ Maintain close coordination with production and process teams.
+ Collaborate on capital projects, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Problem Solving:**
+ Maintain logs and analyze data to enhance performance indicators.
+ Continuously improve maintenance routines and procedures.
+ Develop and implement reliability and performance projects.
+ Proficient in troubleshooting tools and techniques.
+ Capable of anticipating, detecting, and resolving technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
**Project Management:**
+ Evaluate and implement capital projects to improve departmental KPIs.
+ Participate in the development and execution of maintenance strategies.
+ Lead cost-reduction initiatives.
**Supplier Management - MFG:**
+ Strong technical knowledge of Automation, control and machine subsystems.
+ Proficient in reading and interpreting technical diagrams.
+ Solid understanding of control systems and electronic components
+ Knowledge of organizational standards and procedures related to maintenance.
+ Ability to plan, guide, and monitor maintenance processes for compliance.
**Additional Information:**
+ **Location:** Facility #3 MOSF Cabinas
+ **Travel Requirement:** 5%
+ **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:24 AM – 5:00 PM
+ **Weekend Coverage:** One or 2 weekends per month, based on staff rotation
+ **English Proficiency:** Intermediate – Advanced
**Top Candidates will have:**
+ **Engineering degree with experience in automation and control.**
+ **OEM training on metal-cutting equipment, Bending Press, Welding, Painting systems.**
+ **Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.**
+ **Advanced SAP knowledge.**
+ **Training in PLC control systems.**
