Job Description We are seeking a Facilities Engineer responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on building systems and lab equipment. The role requires troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues across the facility and maintaining GMP documentation using CMMS software. The engineer will support off-hours emergency repairs, supervise external vendors, and operate building automation systems. Responsibilities + Daily inspection and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems to ensure uninterrupted facility operations. + Perform hands-on work with motors, pumps, chillers, boilers, and lab equipment like autoclaves and cryogenic units. + Accurately log maintenance activities in CMMS (preferably Blue Mountain) to meet FDA and GMP standards. + Oversee third-party contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to safety and regulatory protocols.
