**Job Title: Facilities / Chemical Coordinator** Job Description The Facilities / Chemical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all hazardous waste management operations and performing inventory management tasks. This role involves working on-site at a client's facility, focusing on inventory management, visual inspection reporting, and coordinating deliveries and shipments. Responsibilities + Perform inventory management tasks on-site. + Conduct visual inspections and reporting. + Coordinate deliveries and schedule incoming and outgoing shipments. + Receive chemical shipments and stock oil/chemicals and spill control materials. + Prepare materials for proper transport and delivery as requested. + Store materials in the client's main chemical storage yard. + Conduct weekly inspections of the chemical storage yard. + Inspect waste containers to ensure compliance with DOT packaging requirements. + Monitor telemetry on used oil tanks and coordinate shipments. + Properly label containers for industrial waste accumulation. + Load trucks for hazardous and non-hazardous waste shipments. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience in inventory management and scheduling. + 1+ year of experience working in an industrial environment. + Customer service skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer skills. + Experience with inspection reporting. + Knowledge of SAP, ERP, MRP systems. + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. + Current and valid driver's license. + Intermediate knowledge of spreadsheet and database software. + Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Exposure to industrial safety programs and training. + Background in chemicals or aerospace. + HAZWOPER certification. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work on-site at a client's facility, operating Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential for light overtime. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes and business casual attire, with long pants required. The role involves being on the floor 20% of the time for physical work and inspections, and 80% at the computer for coordination tasks. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
