Join our team as a Facilities Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and our employees thrive!** **What You Will Do:** + Manage supplier relationships (contractors), ensuring performance through inspections and audits. + Assist in procurement processes, including vendor selection and registration. + Support financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate management. + Manage purchase orders. + Conduct regular health and safety audits. + Conduct site inspections to maintain building standards. + Identify and implement cost-saving and operational improvements. + Maintain the premises in excellent condition. + Manage the facilities team (receptionists and assistants). + Coordinate daily cleaning and technical services. + Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports. + Act as the primary point of contact for the office. + Suggest improvements to operations and the work environment. **What You Will Need:** + Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish (written and verbal). + 2+ years of experience in a similar role. + Experience managing a team. + Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach. + Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. + Accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping. + Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance targets. + Ability to handle stressful situations and adapt to changing circumstances. + Proficiency in keyboard skills, spelling, and grammar. + Adherence to company policies and procedures. + Problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity. **What We Offer:** + A dynamic and inclusive work environment where teamwork and diversity are valued. + **A fixed-term contract (maternity cover).** + A fully onsite role (working hours: 8:30 - 17:00). + Opportunities for career progression and employee recognition programs. + The chance to be part of an interesting international client, in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
