**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.
**Responsibilities**
+ Directly responsible for the execution and management of assigned clients, in both technical and administrative aspects.
+ Comprehensive management of the maintenance, operation, and security of an organization's buildings and physical spaces, ensuring a functional and efficient work environment, coordinating suppliers, managing budgets, supervising services, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This requires organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to support productivity.
+ Monitor and evaluate the performance of assigned technical and administrative staff.
+ Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and facilities, contracting and managing third parties for complex repairs.
+ Supplier Management: Support the coordination of services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and waste management.
+ Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (building codes, emergency protocols).
+ Space Planning: Participate in the planning of new offices, relocations, and workspace optimization.
+ Asset Management: Inventory and manage the company's physical assets.
+ Employee Support: Serve as the point of contact for facility needs and improve occupant satisfaction.
+ Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and report facility performance and expenses to management.
+ Support bilingual Facilities Coordinators during vacation coverage.
+ Fulfill all contractual obligations and comply with all provisions of the Legal Basis of your Contract.
**Requirements:**
+ Professional Architect or related field.
+ Advanced English required
+ At least 2 years of experience in the position.
