About the RoleWe’re seeking a proactive and organized Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations across two office locations; one corporate and one operations‑focused. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping work environments running smoothly, solving problems quickly, and enhancing overall workplace experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage all facility‑related tasks for two office locationsAct as the primary point of contact for building management and landlordsCoordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and follow‑up on any broken fixtures or equipmentMonitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as neededSupport general office operations, including vendor coordination and service schedulingEnsure common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces are organized, functional, and well‑maintainedAssist with small projects and office improvements as neededCommunicate updates, timelines, and issues clearly with internal teamsRequired Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of experience in office coordination, facilities coordination, or an administrative support roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across two locationsClear, professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiativeComfortable troubleshooting issues and coordinating directly with vendors, service providers, or landlordsJob Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Oxford, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
