What this job involves:

Join JLL as a Facilities Coordinator and become a key player in exceptional facility operations. You'll partner with the Facilities Manager to deliver world-class services for a prominent client with multiple office spaces in the Financial District.  The Facilities Management Team (FMT) ensures client spaces run smoothly and create an environment for employees to thrive. This dynamic role combines hands-on facility management with strategic client relationship building, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact in commercial real estate.

This role is on-site 5 days/week and requires walking short distances between client sites.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Coordinate maintenance and repair services while ensuring top-tier client satisfaction and service deliveryDeliver on-site assistance following our proven escalation proceduresManage work orders for internal teams and vendors while meeting KPIs and monitoring service agreementsCollaborate with your account team to implement best practices and cutting-edge facility management solutionsSupport operating and capital budget development and assist FMT with client projects from conception to completionEnsure compliance with JLL standards while maximizing vendor relationships and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of facility management experience (corporate, service provider, or consulting)Strong communication and organizational skills with proven ability to juggle multiple prioritiesBasic knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with work order management, KPIs, and service level agreementsCustomer service mindset with emergency response capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with budget management, vendor coordination, and contract administrationKnowledge of sourcing strategies and performance managementBackground in corporate real estate support and compliance standards

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 – 75,000.00 CAD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
