Our client, a leading global real estate organization is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations at a major corporate client site in North Reading, MA. This is a full‑time, 100% onsite role operating Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, and offers $28/hour. The coordinator will assist with maintenance oversight, vendor coordination, reporting, and customer service while supporting the Facilities Manager in ensuring smooth site operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Work with Facilities Manager to oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while maintaining client satisfaction with Facility Management services and supporting customer satisfaction programsInterface with property occupants and provide 24/7 emergency call support with site attendance while following established escalation procedures and incident reporting protocolsSupport work order management for in-house staff and vendors while meeting or exceeding site KPIs and assisting with monthly SLA monitoring to identify challenges and plan corrective actionsDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team by driving development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovationsAssist in development and management of operating and capital budgets while supporting the Facilities Manager in implementation of short and long-term client projectsAssist in development and implementation of annual management plans while accomplishing key performance indicators identified by the Facilities ManagerOversee appropriate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for clients while maximizing utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors, and M/WBE spending levels

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacityExcellent customer service, computer, managerial, verbal, and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interactionAbility to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives while managing multiple prioritiesBasic knowledge of building systems including mechanical and electrical systems for effective facility operations supportComputer proficiency with ability to utilize various software platforms and systems for facility management operationsAvailability for 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance as required for critical facility operationsStrong problem-solving skills with ability to follow established procedures and escalation protocols effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for enhanced work order and maintenance coordinationBackground in budget development and financial management within facilities or property management environmentsKnowledge of procurement processes and supplier management including contract development and vendor coordinationUnderstanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in facilities management contextsExperience with compliance requirements including audit standards and regulatory protocols in commercial real estateBackground in project management and implementation of facility improvement initiativesFamiliarity with Minority/Women owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) requirements and supplier diversity programs A1442753CP_1768235249 To Apply for this Job Click Here
