This is an onsite position in Indianapolis, Indiana, supporting an American multinational pharmaceutical company, and operates on a Monday - Friday shift. This job is part of the Facilities Management functional area, focusing on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, and providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **What You’ll Do:** + Ensure landlords, tenants, and service providers understand and follow all procedures, policies, and reporting formats. + Acknowledge client inquiries and efficiently collect work orders. + Gather information and generate reports to monitor performance and progress. + Organize and file work orders, proposals, departmental files, and vendor paperwork. + Monitor external activities like waste disposal and recycling compliance. + Adhere to instructions and memos, and ask clarifying questions as needed. + Respond to common inquiries and complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors. + Resolve straightforward problems using existing procedures, working under close supervision with clearly defined tasks. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience. + Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. + Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. + Basic math skills.
