Job Description Summary

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Manager and the wider Facilities Management team in delivering effective and efficient workplace support services at a client site. This role will play an important part in ensuring the safe, complaint, and smooth operation of the workplace environment while delivering excellent customer service to stakeholders.
The Facilities Coordinator will work closely with client representatives, service providers, and the Cushman & Wakefield team to ensure high-quality outcomes and seamless day-to-day operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support the Facilities Management team in ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines across the assigned portfolio.

Assist in maintaining a safe, healthy, and well-serviced workplace environment.

Coordinate inspections, planned and responsive maintenance, and asset upkeep to agreed standards.

Support vendor and supplier management, including work orders, purchase requests, and vendor administration.

Assist with budget estimation, tracking, and reporting (OPEX/CAPEX).

Prepare and maintain facilities-related documentation, reports, and records.

Respond to risks, incidents, hazards, and emergencies as required.

Maintain strong customer engagement and stakeholder satisfaction.

Perform other duties as reasonably required by the business.

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative, proactive, and solutions focused.
