Job Description Summary

We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on Facilities Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Perth. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and own the site, acting as the eyes and ears of our client’s facilities. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and productive workplace while delivering exceptional service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about facilities management, customer service, and operational excellence.

Job Description

Location: Perth, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract Type: Fixed Term – 12 Months
Eligibility: Candidates must have full working rights for 12+ months, be Permanent Residents or Australian Citizens

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, and service requests

Supervise contractors and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Support budget management and cost control for facilities services

Maintain compliance databases and support audit programs

Collaborate with the onsite Workplace Team to deliver seamless services

Identify and escalate risks or blockers to leadership promptly

Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Ensure continuity of services with minimal disruption to business operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in facilities coordination or management, ideally in a corporate or commercial environment

Strong understanding of building services, maintenance coordination, and contractor management

Familiarity with OHS regulations, risk assessments, and compliance standards

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations

Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
