Facilities Coordinator
**Job Title: Facilities Coordinator** **Job Description** The Facilities Coordinator will provide comprehensive facility management services, ensuring continuous monitoring of office and facility operations. This role involves addressing client inquiries and concerns with timely resolution and service delivery, following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and responding to facility inquiries and complaints by assessing problems and taking corrective actions. **Responsibilities** + Address client inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and quality issue resolution. + Respond to facility inquiries and complaints, assess problems, and take corrective actions. + Coordinate with outside contractors for service and repairs of equipment. + Follow protocol for effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedures. + Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team members. + Assist with site inspection within the assigned building portfolio. + Create and assign work orders to engineering staff, subcontractors, and vendors. + Report on open and closed work orders and check the status with the assigned party. + Request, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors. + Verify final invoice pricing and process payments in a timely manner. + Monitor and assess vendor performance and manage complex work orders. + Schedule and document maintenance and repairs on building equipment. + Communicate frequently with clients, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues. + Provide process and procedures training and direction to new associates. + Coordinate special events in support of clients. + Assist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreements. + Provide facilities helpdesk services and monitor workflow for consistent quality. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year facilities maintenance/management experience. + 1+ year customer service experience. + Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. + Experience in coordinating projects with vendors/sub-vendors. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hands-on facilities maintenance experience is a plus. + Associates degree is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This is a well-known employer in the Milwaukee area offering a strong health, dental, and vision package along with a 401k plan. The work environment is both office and shop-based, with a first shift schedule from 7 am to 3:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
