**Description** + Operational Support Help manage daily facilities operations across multiple sites, covering front desk, janitorial, amenities, parking, shipping & receiving, and general maintenance. + Vendor Coordination Work closely with external service providers to ensure consistent quality and timely response to issues. + Project Assistance Support office renovations, relocations, and space planning projects in collaboration with managers and contractors. + Administrative Duties Assist in tracking budgets, contracts, and purchase orders.
