This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **Key Deliverables** + Health and Safety + Customer and team focus: Puts customer and team needs first; always considers impact of actions on customer and team. + Attention to Detail: Thorough in carrying out a task, with a high degree of accuracy. + Works in a structured way. Thinks ahead to prioritise workload.
