주요 업무:

기본적인 FM 사무 업무 및 행정 업무 지원

HVAC 시스템 점검 및 기본 정비

전기 시설 점검 (조명, 콘센트, 분전반 등)

급배수 시설 관리 및 간단한 수리 작업

소방시설 점검 및 유지보수

사무실 시설 전반 점검 및 데일리 인스펙션

기본적인 시설 유지보수 요청 처리

소모품 및 부품 재고 관리, 발주 업무 지원

시설 관리 데이터 수집 및 보고서 작성 지원

수리 및 문제 해결을 위한 협력업체 연락 업무

사무용 장비 관리

FM 팀과 연계한 고객 응대 지원

실험실 전문업체와의 소통 창구 역할

비용 절감을 위한 내부 처리 가능 업무 범위 확대

사내 이벤트 지원

사무실 내 가구 이동 및 배치(MAC) 지원, 전문업체 관리

보안업체 도입 시 관련 규정에 따른 보안 관리 서포트

우편물 접수, 분류 및 배송 업무

우편물 운반 및 도착 알림 서비스

발송 접수 및 관리 업무

일일 우편물 처리 현황 기록 및 관리

사무용품의 재고 수준 및 주문 모니터링

음료, 간식 및 식음료 용품을 포함한 재고 관리

Experience & Background

Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in facilities, hospitality or related fields.

Understanding basic technical systems. (HVAC system, UPS, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical systems, etc.) is advantageous.

Customer Service & Relationship Building

Demonstrated proactive and professional approach to customer service .

Ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels.

Maintains professional and friendly attitude in customer interactions.

Customer-oriented mindset and service spirit.

Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking

Capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.

Proven experience in problem-solving using quantitative approaches.

Ability to implement holistic approaches for long-term solutions.

Communication & Coordination Skills

Effective stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Ability to balance client requirements with firm requirements.

Management of conflict and competing priorities.

Collaboration with vendors to deliver efficient services.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
