Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit located just outside of Bethesda, MD, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support their busy campus!

About the Job:

Provide hands-on repair and maintenance support, tracking work order requests and managing vendors as needed.Support any construction or renovation projects with overseeing of vendors, timelines, and more.Maintain inventory of equipment, appliances, furniture, and supplies.Provide customer service to all staff and campus guests, ensuring a clean and safe environment.Assist with additional facilities-related tasks as required.

About You:

2+ years of facilitiy experience is required.A high school diploma is required.Strong writtenand verbal communication skills are required.Customer service oriented with high professionalism.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

About the Position:
