Facilities Consultant Job ID 255071 Posted 08-Jan-2026 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Building Management, Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management Location(s) Beaumont - Texas - United States of America **About the role** As a CBRE Facilities Consultant, you will coordinate a variety of projects in support of the maintenance and repair program for assigned facilities. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. **What you’ll do** Coordinate soft services for all business units, large departments, or work groups. Establish specifications, solicit bids, negotiate, and participate in contract development. + Review and approve vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements. + Secure necessary operating supplies such as janitorial and maintenance. + Oversee various services such as maintenance, landscaping, snow/ice removal, and paving. + Point of contact for emergency situations and issues that occur during and outside of normal business hours. + Confirm company and client records are managed according to policies, procedures, and legal requirements. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. + Work within broad guidelines and policies. + Explain difficult or sensitive information. **What you’ll need** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
