Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Automation Engineer with expertise in HVAC and BAS controls to join our team at a prominent pharmaceutical facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintaining and optimizing building systems, ensuring the smooth operation of all essential infrastructure.
ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.Implement and oversee BAS controls within the facility.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.Ensure compliance with GMP standards.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to facility and pneumatic systems.Collaborate with other departments to enhance facility operations.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.Proficiency in GMP standards.Experience with facility and pneumatic systems.Expertise in BAS and BMS controls.5-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance.Additional Skills & QualificationsPharmaceutical experience preferred.Comprehensive understanding of general maintenance with a focus on HVAC and mechanical systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art, 10-story biotech facility located in East Cambridge, encompassing 480,000 square feet. The workplace is equipped with advanced technologies and requires a professional dress code suitable for a dynamic and innovative environment.
Shift - 7 am - 3:30 pm
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.08 - $57.69/hr.
