Salary Range: $30-$35/HourSkilled in general facility repairs and renovations (ie: concrete repairs, wall construction, drywall etc.)Skilled in minor plumbing repairsSupport and coordinate repairs on HVAC, compressors, internal heaters, and CO2 monitoring systemsResponsible for maintenance and repairs on sprinkler and fire management systems in compliance with health and safety requirementsMonitor and ensure completion of general building maintenance and repairs including structural, lighting(internal / external), roofing (leaks and damage), interior and exterior conditions of flooring, walkways andparking lotsResponsible for minor repairs on facility and shipping dock and door systems in a timely mannerWeld exhaust repairs when requiredPest management, snow removal / landscaping and general parking lot maintenanceResponsible for the general maintenance and appearance of the facility both internally and externallySupport contractors to ensure timeliness of projects and compliance to company policies / proceduresRequired to complete PMs as necessary and assignedPerform other related duties as directed by Manager / SupervisorFollow contractor safety program requirements (obtain documents, complete contractor orientations, etc.)Communicate and work effectively with other departmentsMust be comfortable and trained to work at heights as requiredWilling and able to work overtime and flexible hours as required + Shift flexibleMust adhere to all MAFACT requirementsAdhere to all IATF 16949 policies and proceduresMust comply with all ISO 14001 (Environmental) system and standards as it pertains to workAbide by all AODA and C-TPAT procedures that apply to their positionKey Qualifications/Requirements
