Our team are beholders to a series of service standards that reflect core behaviours that should be embodied in every interaction made.  **Key Responsibilities: **   + Manage the Visitor Management system, ensuring all guests receive a memorable and professional welcome, with all badges prepared in advance of arrival for a seamless user experience for the building + Welcome all internal colleagues in a courteous and professional manner + Maintain complete ownership of theReceptionareawhen based thereandinits surrounding areas by collaborating with all colleagues and service partners to ensure it reflects a positive image of the company + Assistwith issuing and delivery of lost and forgotten passes when applicable + Use the technology platform to ensure all loaned items are scanned in and out within agreed timelines + Actively and positively engage with colleagues,clientsand other stakeholders to ensure a seamless service experience and coordination across departments + Provide general administrative support to various departments, including photocopying, filing, and data entry + Ensure that all matters that mayimpactthe smooth running of the building and facilities areimmediatelyreported and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to ensuretimelyclosure of tickets and jobs + Provide support to theAdminteam by posting and assigning workplace tickets on theticketingsystem + Build andmaintainstrong working relationships with the Security Team, ensuring that the buildingis secure at all times + Report health and safety hazards and take proactive action to resolve the risk where appropriate + Provide information in relation to local transport links and service statuses so guests are provided with up-to-date information for their onward journeys + Hold general knowledge of local amenities and directions + Be familiarised with the Workplace Coordinator roles to provide cover as and whenrequired + Must be operationally hands on toassistwider team during peak periods and work flexible hours from time to time + Manual handling with liftingassistanceup to 25KG + Promote andmaintainthe core values of CBRE and the client + Perform other duties as assigned + Delivery of services shall be in line with the strategy set by the client and the Workplace Management Main Contact + Insurethat all tasksallocatedto you are completedin a timely manner. + Insurethat you are fullytrainiedto delivermail roomoperations. + Assist the Admin team in the management of the Desk Booking system, Locker systems and in managing meeting roomset upsasrequired. + Under taketasks as directed by thework placecoordinators and senior management of the building. **Communication Skills:** + Ability tocomprehendand interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding  + Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor/manager  **Person Specification:**   + Proven experience as aFacilitiesAssistant orReceptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a hotel / service industry / corporate environment + Mustdemonstratea strong senseof customerfocus, andpromote a sense of team spirit and good morale. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional manner + Strong organisational skills and attention to detail + Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment + Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges + Ability tomaintainconfidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion + Punctuality and reliability are essential + Comfortable with and embracing ofnew technologiesand digital tools  + Conversant with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) CBRE, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer (Women/Minorities/Persons with Disabilities/US Veterans)
