**We’re CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, and we're looking for a passionate and proactive Facilities Assistant to join our team, supporting a prestigious global technology client. We believe in creating inspiring workplaces where everyone feels comfortable, productive, and engaged.**
**What You Will Do:**
• Perform day-to-day facilities operations, including office administration, health & safety activities, and ad-hoc service requests.
• Provide high-quality service and create positive experiences for our client and their employees.
• Conduct daily office checks, report technical issues, and ensure general office space is always presentable.
• Assist with meeting room setups, manage storage spaces, coordinate parking, and support events. This includes tasks like accepting deliveries and assisting with office moves and reconfigurations.
• Supervise suppliers and the completion of contracted works, managing related documentation.
• Coordinate asset management, including ensuring timely maintenance and inspections.
• This role involves hands-on work, including furniture management, assisting with office moves, and reconfiguring office layouts.
• Order and manage food supplies and other necessary office items.
• Perform monthly inspections, maintain logbooks, and conduct technical and cleanliness audits of the buildings.
• Maintain strong working relationships with the landlord and the building's technical team.
• Collect supplier offers and present them to the business.
**What You Will Need:**
• Fluent Polish, communicative English.
• Experience in a similar facilities or office support role.
• Experience with technical coordination and service management.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking ownership.
• Basic understanding of health & safety practices and commitment to a safe workplace.
• High level of IT literacy.
