**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to ensure the secure and proper wrapping of piping in clean rooms, guaranteeing client satisfaction and safety. The role involves performing handyman duties such as setting up new desks, drywall repair, hanging whiteboards, and light janitorial tasks, including plumbing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Wrap piping to ensure safety and security in clean rooms.
+ Perform handyman tasks including setting up new desks and drywall repair.
+ Hang whiteboards and conduct light janitorial duties.
+ Carry out minor plumbing tasks as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in facilities maintenance and general labor.
+ Experience using hand tools for mechanical maintenance.
+ Strong background in construction or handyman work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in physical labor within a manufacturing setting.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
