You will help manage and maintain the facilities of a site/office (excluding manufacturing and IT-related areas) to ensure a conducive and comfortable work environment in accordance to health, safety, environment and security policy, guidelines and requirements.
How you will contribute
You will:
Coordinate and monitor the daily cleaning, maintenance and repairs for the site infrastructure (cafeteria, pantry, office area, internal mailing etc.), ensuring all vendor service levels are met and escalating and following up on any unresolved issuesLead all aspects of facilities management including technical installations of energy, maintenance, development and optimal availability and safety of on-premise activities in compliance with all relevant legal requirementsSupport the facilities requirements of all factory/office-related projects and investments related to the property and to some extent productionEnsure that the company's electrical safety policy is complied with and that power-intensive electricity works are carried out under current rulesAdhere to the budget and annual plan for the maintenance of the site/office and ensure timely vendor paymentsEstablish and follow-up on comprehensive and detailed environmental objectives for the plant and disseminate information about these including energy consumption, water consumption and different emissionsWhat you will bring

1. Facility Management
Oversee daily plant facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Manage building maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor infrastructure condition and recommend improvement plans.2. Transportation Services
Manage employee transportation operations, routes, and vendor performance.Ensure service reliability, safety standards, and cost optimization.Resolve service-related issues and maintain performance KPIs.3. Catering Services
Supervise catering contractors to ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards.Conduct regular audits in line with health and safety requirements.Monitor meal plans, attendance, and cost efficiency.4. Cleaning & Housekeeping Services
Oversee cleaning contractors to maintain high standards of hygiene across plant facilities.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and cleanliness audits.Review manpower allocation and productivity levels.5. Outsourced Labor Management
Manage third-party manpower agencies supplying plant workforce.Monitor attendance, productivity, and contractual compliance.Ensure labor contracts align with company standards and legal requirements.Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and performance evaluations for outsourced personnel.6. Financial & Administrative Oversight
Review and validate monthly service reports from all vendors.Consolidate service costs and prepare accurate monthly invoicing.Ensure financial reconciliation with Finance department.Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.Track contract renewals, service level agreements (SLAs), and penalty clauses.Contribute into the bidding activities to identify best cost suppliers.Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree of Administration or Management
