This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You’ll Do: + Take part in painting and patchwork. Escort vendors through the facility. + Minor repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows. + Installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items. + Collaborate with front-line clients on various requests. + Assist trades personnel with maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. What you’ll need Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Facilities Analyst position is $55 ,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $69 ,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
