Responsibilities
The successful Facilities Administrator will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
Overseeing all aspects of building operations, maintenance, and safety to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained facility environment.Reviewing and approving accounts payable documents such as invoices, check requests, and expense reports related to facilities and vendor services.Coordinating with contractors and vendors for building maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects; ensuring timely and cost-effective completion of work.Managing ongoing projects related to building improvements, office renovations, safety compliance, and sustainability initiatives.Developing, maintaining, and updating building safety plans, evacuation procedures, and emergency response protocols in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Handling security operations including employee access badges, visitor management, and coordination with security vendors.Planning and coordinating events including company meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities within the facility.Tracking and managing facility-related expenses and budgets; ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting requirements.Serving as the main liaison between departments, leadership, and external vendors for all facilities-related needs and communications.Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards; partnering with leadership to implement improvements as needed.Supporting company initiatives related to workspace optimization, sustainability, and employee experience.Overseeing inventory of office and facility supplies, ensuring adequate stock and cost-efficient purchasing practices.Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and setup for training programs and team meetings hosted at the facility.Developing and maintaining facility policies, procedures, and vendor management records to ensure operational consistency.Maintain storage unit files.We Offer…
