Facilities Administrator
Job Title: Facilities Administrator Job Description Serve as the administrative and planning support for the Facilities department, ensuring accurate documentation, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance activities and compliance records. Responsibilities + Create and schedule work orders and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks. + Maintain calibration records and GMP documentation. + Organize and update EHS, FM Global, and regulatory compliance records. + Track janitorial services, employee training materials, and service records. + Manage asset and equipment notification forms and route documents for approval. + Maintain vendor safety training logs and visitor records. + Monitor and report on Key Process Indicators (KPIs). + Manage spare parts inventory using SAP. + Process purchase orders (POs) and goods receipts. + Coordinate kitting and warranty tracking. Essential Skills + Proficiency in work order management and scheduling. + Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). + Strong reporting and administrative skills. + 3+ years of experience in a facilities coordinator capacity. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School Diploma. Work Environment The role is based in a GMP Manufacturing setting located in Congers, NY. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position offers room for growth with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and receive yearly raises. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
