Facilities Account Director Job ID 219667 Posted 25-May-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance, Facilities Management Location(s) Limerick - Limerick - Ireland Senior Facilities Manager - Healthcare **Job description** To undertake the operation, planned preventative maintenance and repair of the building services within a healthcare campus **Responsibilities** + Contractor management for maintenance related issues specific to SME area of responsibility + Contractor procurement, materials and equipment procurement + Contractor permitting for area of responsibility. + JCI program compliance + Compliance and Quality + Finite elemental work planning + Craft supervision. + Schedule enablement support + Operational Training coordination for SME areas of responsibility + SME for areas of responsibility + Change Management + Area EHS responsibility (Client & CBRE systems) + Maintaining data integrity for all direct and contractor staff + Budget and cost control for fixed and variable spend. + Keep accurate metrics on the performance of maintenance tasks and provide timely reports to the client POC. + Manage all technical training requirements including competency assessments, critical services training and scenario training exercises. **Essential Education/Experience:** + Strong technical background, preferably in the healthcare or pharma sectors + Experience of managing an IFM team in a hospital or pharma environment + Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar environment + Experience of external auditing, preferably JCI accreditation + Strong knowledge of asset management strategies, preferably JCI FMS + Project management skills + Experience of managing large, integrated teams + EHS and Regulatory knowledge and experience essential + Electrical - National Craft Certificate (Junior & Senior Trades or equivalent to) _or_ Degree qualification - Electrical, /Instrument, /Mechanical, /Operational, /Process Engineering + Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance, to include mechanical assets. + Familiarisation with CAFM and ERP systems (e.g. PEMAC, SAP, INFOR) **Desirable Education/Experience:** + IOSH Accreditation/Experience + Lean six sigma techniques exposure. + Experience of engineering change procedures and processes + Project hand over /take over. System walk down and acceptance. **Interpersonal Skills** + Flexible attitude and ability to be a self-starter. + Admits and takes ownership for mistakes. + Knows when to ask for help. + Keeps others informed of information that contributes to the performance of the team, department or company. + Engenders trust and respect in all working relationships.
