**Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician**
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Contract to Hire
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong background in preventative maintenance and completing work orders efficiently. This role involves performing minor repairs, adjustments, and inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are operating at peak performance and customer satisfaction is maintained.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities.
+ Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
+ Conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform minor repairs.
+ Maintain operational standards and ensure a safe, functional environment.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
+ Proficiency in preventative maintenance and work order systems.
+ General maintenance skills including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with maintenance management systems.
+ Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, and blueprint reading.
+ Background in hospital or commercial facility maintenance.
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
