Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to fabricate parts to exact specifications.Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding to assemble and fabricate metal components based on project requirements.Measure, cut, and assemble metal using saws, grinders, torches, and shears to ensure precise fit and alignment.Inspect finished products for accuracy, structural integrity, and weld quality, making adjustments or repairs as needed.Follow safety standards and collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve issues and ensure successful project completion.Fabricator/Welder Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.Strong blueprint and welding symbol interpretation skills to ensure accurate fabrication.Proficient in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding, with experience working with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.Skilled in using metalworking equipment including grinders, torches, saws, and press brakes. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, safety practices, and the ability to handle physically demanding workApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
