We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/MIG Welder to join our team, responsible for welding booths used for border patrol, toll booths, and valet stands. The candidate will work primarily with galvanized metal and must be proficient in all welding motions, including overhead and circular. This position operates on the 1st shift, with work hours from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, and occasionally from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Saturdays. The role requires the ability to read blueprints for constructing and fabricating booths.
ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on galvanized metal for booth construction.Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate booths accurately.Execute all range of welding motions, including overhead and circular welding.Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and precision in fabrication.
Essential SkillsProficiency in MIG welding and fabrication.Experience with sheet metal and galvanized metal.Ability to perform all range of welding motions.Competence in reading a tape measure.

Work Environment
Work in a shop environment that experiences temperature variations, being hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Safety is a priority, so wearing helmets, gloves, and work boots is mandatory.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
