Job Title: Fabricator Lead
Job Description

Support the daily functions related to specific technical operations within the Play division. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering and business units, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.

ResponsibilitiesManage daily workflow through operations to ensure maximum efficiency and timely results.Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating machinery.Provide technical support and training to operators as needed to ensure production success.Participate in engineering-related activities.Communicate, troubleshoot, and elevate operational concerns, such as equipment issues, capability limitations, and missing information, as appropriate.Essential SkillsTechnical capacityCollaborationKnowledge sharingProblem-solving and analysisResults-driven mindsetEffective communicationTime managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree or technical certificate preferredTechnical ability demonstrated through work experienceStrong mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing processesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with demonstrated initiativeExperience with metal fabrication and welding3-5 years of experience as a lead in a fabrication shopBlueprint reading for welding symbolsExperience with calipers, micrometers, and gaugesWhy Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
