Job Description
The Fabricator I role requires the production of high-quality fabricated parts using various fabrication equipment. This position is performed under general supervision and requires adherence to safety and quality standards while meeting work schedules and overtime requirements.
ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality fabricated parts using various equipment.Read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.Communicate verbally in English to carry out instructions.Adhere to safety practices including good housekeeping and ergonomics.Participate in workplace organization and follow training procedures.Engage in cross-training and teamwork.Pay close attention to detail and speak up on safety and quality issues.Learn new processes, systems, and equipment.Document processes, work in team settings, and perform basic preventative maintenance.Essential SkillsAbility to operate basic fabrication equipment.Skills in documentation and team concepts.Basic preventative maintenance knowledge.Ability to meet work schedules and overtime requirements.Attention to detail and safety awareness.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred experience in manufacturing.Quality training, incoming part quality, gage plan completion, and proper part loading.Physical ability to lift/carry 10-50 lbs frequently, and 50-75 lbs occasionally.Capability to perform prolonged stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and crawling.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic setting requiring the operation of machinery. Safety glasses, steel toe shoes, and hearing protection are mandatory in designated areas, with respirators required in the paint booth area. Expect exposure to loud noises and a physical environment involving frequent lifting, coordination of hands, and prolonged physical activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
