**Job Title: Fabricator/Assembler** **Job Description** A local manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Fabricator/Assembler to join their team on the 1st shift. This role involves working with metal products to ensure efficient and precise assembly. **Responsibilities** + Utilize computer systems to track production orders. + Measure and mark steel for machine operations. + Read and interpret production documents accurately. + Operate drill presses and saws effectively. + Perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools. + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with tape measures for precise measurements. + Skilled in machine operation, including drill presses and saws. + Strong mechanical assembly and fabrication skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in grinding and other fabrication techniques. **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with exciting opportunities for advancement.
