Job Description
We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Fabricator. No prior experience is required, as we will provide the necessary training to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install van equipment, including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories.Install equipment according to written and verbal directions.Use hand and power tools and equipment safely.Collaborate with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines.Understand all product line parts and accessories.Maintain a clean and safe workspace.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude.Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics.1-2 years of wiring experience preferred.Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools for upfit/installation processes.Detail-oriented.Ability to follow written and verbal directions.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both in a team and independently.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Clean driving record.Comfortable driving occasionally within a 30-minute radius if needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a small, clean manufacturing plant with the size of a modest office. The facility has a single entrance where vehicles are brought in one at a time for work. Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Puyallup, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
