Fabricator - Full-TimeAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and has experience working with metal fabrication equipment. You will operate a variety of machines—including lasers, benders, and CNC equipment—to produce precision parts and components that support our manufacturing operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and assemble metal components, including pipe and sheet metal.Operate equipment such as:Table and tube lasersTube bendersCNC routersTable saws and other fabrication toolsBuild and assemble custom shipping crates as needed.Interpret and work from blueprints, work instructions, and measurements.Perform general carpentry tasks related to production.Maintain a safe work environment and properly handle materials up to 50 lbs.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in metal fabrication or a related field.Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.Proficiency in:Saw operationMeasuring and layoutAssembly and fabrication processesHands-on experience with CNC lasers, sheet metal fabrication, and press brakes.Skilled in using standard hand and power tools.Additional QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Prior experience operating fabrication machinery, including:Tube lasersSheet lasersTube bendersTurret or punch pressesAbility to understand safety protocols, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures.Why You’ll Love Working Here

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr.
