**Fabricator - Full-Time** **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and has experience working with metal fabrication equipment. You will operate a variety of machines—including lasers, benders, and CNC equipment—to produce precision parts and components that support our manufacturing operations. This is a long-term career opportunity within a company that invests in its people and promotes from within. **Key Responsibilities** + Fabricate and assemble metal components, including pipe and sheet metal. + Operate equipment such as: + Table and tube lasers + Tube benders + CNC routers + Table saws and other fabrication tools + Build and assemble custom shipping crates as needed. + Interpret and work from blueprints, work instructions, and measurements. + Perform general carpentry tasks related to production. + Maintain a safe work environment and properly handle materials up to 50 lbs. **Required Skills & Experience** + Proven experience in metal fabrication or a related field. + Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions. + Proficiency in: + Saw operation + Measuring and layout + Assembly and fabrication processes + Hands-on experience with CNC lasers, sheet metal fabrication, and press brakes. + Skilled in using standard hand and power tools. **Additional Qualifications** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Prior experience operating fabrication machinery, including: + Tube lasers + Sheet lasers + Tube benders + Turret or punch presses + Ability to understand safety protocols, operating instructions, and maintenance procedures. **Why You’ll Love Working Here** Join a company that truly values its employees and offers real opportunities for career advancement across a multi‑building, expanding campus.
