**Job Title: Fabricator** **Job Description** We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Fabricator. No prior experience is required, as we value your potential and ability to learn. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and install van equipment, including shelving, ladder racks, partitions, drawer units, storage systems, receiver hitches, running boards, and various accessories. + Install equipment according to written and verbal directions. + Use hand and power tools and equipment safely. + Collaborate with the upfit/installation team to meet job deadlines. + Understand all product line parts and accessories. + Maintain a clean and safe workspace. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude. + Capability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics. + 1-2 years of wiring experience preferred. + Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools. + Attention to detail. + Ability to follow written and verbal directions. + Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Clean driving record. + Comfortable with occasional local driving within a 30-minute radius. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with opportunities for rapid advancement.
