**Job Title: Fabricator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to assist with fabrication duties for parts related to heavy equipment. The role involves using hand air tools and working from blueprints and instructions to ensure precise and efficient production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the fabrication of parts for heavy equipment.
+ Utilize hand air tools for various fabrication tasks.
+ Work from blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate production.
+ Apply welding techniques such as MIG, flux core, and TIG welding as needed.
+ Perform grinding and other necessary fabrication processes.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in welding, including MIG, flux core, and TIG welding.
+ Experience with power tools and fabrication techniques.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions.
+ Minimum of one year of fabricating or welding experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in a machine shop environment is beneficial.
+ Strong attention to detail and precision in work.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a machine shop setting with approximately 12 colleagues across departments including welding, paint, assembly, and shipping. Expect a warm environment without air conditioning. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 3:30 PM.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
