**Job Title: Fabricator - 1st Shift** **Job Description** Join our team as a Fabricator during the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, including occasional Saturdays, in Louisville, OH. You will work primarily with stainless steel, utilizing both Mig and Tig welding techniques to fabricate essential parts required in the shop. This role also involves operating machining equipment such as mills and lathes, reading blueprints for mechanical assembly, and employing hand and power tools to complete daily tasks. **Responsibilities** + Perform Mig/Tig welding on stainless steel to fabricate necessary parts. + Utilize machining equipment, including mills and lathes, to complete various jobs. + Conduct mechanical assembly and fabrication by reading blueprints. + Employ hand and power tools daily for various tasks. + Work independently to troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs. + Build and assemble conveyors. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical maintenance experience, particularly with gears, bearings, conveyors, motors, and sensors. + Knowledge of basic electrical systems including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and control and instrumentation systems. + Experience with hydraulics/pneumatics and other mechanical systems. + Proficiency in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. + Capability in welding and fabrication, specifically Mig and Tig welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-year certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience, such as 4+ years of relevant welding/fabrication experience. + Experience in CNC/manual machining. + Knowledge in robotics and industrial maintenance. **Why Work Here?** We offer a range of benefits that enhance work-life balance and provide professional growth opportunities.
