Join our client as a 1st Shift Fabricator in their climate-controlled facility and become a key part of a growing manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on mild steel to produce both standard and custom parts, using fixtures or freehand as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and perform part layouts accurately
Utilize measuring tools to inspect and ensure fabrication meets specification standards
Complete drilling, sawing, and tapping tasks as needed for part fabrication
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, following PPE and safety protocols
Maneuver parts and equipment and lift materials up to 50 lbs as needed
Contribute to a team-oriented production environment while meeting scheduling deadlines
Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum 3 years of MIG welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable standing for 9–10 hours per shift
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and passing a physical demand screen
Willing and able to work overtime as required
Must pass a pre-employment physical exam, drug screen, and background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational/trade school training is a plus)
