**Job Title: Fabrication Technicians** Job Description Join our team as a Fabrication Laborer in the fabrication/finishing department, where you will play a crucial role in creating our structures. This is an entry-level position with an opportunity to learn and grow, focusing on packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends of products, and making angle cuts with a chop saw. Responsibilities + Pack, crate, and drill holes in fiberglass products. + Apply handles and seal ends of products. + Make angle cuts using a chop saw. + Use nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools effectively. + Work in a team to fabricate and finish Essential Skills + Must pass a tape measure test. + Minimum of 3 months experience in production, construction, or manufacturing, including side work. + 3 months of experience using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Mechanical inclination is beneficial. + Good attendance and reliability are essential. + Proficiency with using a tape measure. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a fiberglass environment, which requires wearing steel toe boots for safety. Jeans and t-shirts are appropriate attire. The facility is generally clean, but the environment can be itchy and have a strong odor. The work schedule consists of four 12-hour night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am, followed by four days off, rotating through schedules A, B, C, and D to keep the plant running 24/7. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alum Bank, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
