**Job Title: Fabrication Technicians** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Fabrication Laborer to join our team in the fabrication/finishing department. The role involves fabricating fiberglass structures and includes tasks such as packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends of products, and making angle cuts with a chop saw. You will work with nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools. This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn. **Responsibilities** + Pack and crate fiberglass products. + Drill holes and apply handles to products. + Seal ends of products and make angle cuts using a chop saw. + Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools, including nail guns and drills. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Essential Skills** + Ability to pass a tape measure test. + At least 3 months of experience in production, construction, or manufacturing. + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No formal qualifications required beyond passing the tape measure test. + Good attendance and reliability are crucial. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values training and development, offering entry-level opportunities for those eager to learn and grow. Work is organized in rotating 12-hour shifts, running from 6 PM to 6 AM, with a schedule that allows for four days off after every four working days. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Alum Bank, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
