Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Fabrication Laborer, where you will be an integral part of the fabrication and finishing department. You will be involved in crafting fiberglass structures by packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends, and making angle cuts with chop saws. This role requires creativity and a mechanical inclination to work with nail guns, chop saws, drills, and other hand tools.
ResponsibilitiesPack and crate fiberglass products.Drill holes and apply handles to products.Seal ends of products and make angle cuts using chop saws.Operate nail guns, drills, and other hand tools.Ensure products meet quality standards.Essential SkillsAbility to pass a tape measure test.Minimum of 3 months experience in production, construction, or manufacturing.Experience using hand tools and power tools, including wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical inclination.Proficiency with tape measures.Strong attendance and reliability.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a fiberglass environment where steel toe boots are required. Comfortable jeans and t-shirts are appropriate attire. While the environment can be itchy and have a strong odor, it is generally clean and well-maintained. The schedule rotates with four different shifts to keep the plant operational seven days a week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
