Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a **Fabrication Support** professional to join their team. As a Fabrication Support specialist, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proactive problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fabrication Support
**Location:** Alexandria, MN
**Pay Range:** $19+/hour
**Shift:** Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up and operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output and meet quality standards
+ Assist in the setup and running of equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
+ Perform job rotation every 4 hours to prevent fatigue and injury, supporting a safe work environment
+ Review manufacturing orders to verify customer specifications and package products accordingly
+ Monitor and suggest process improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Basic computer skills for order review and documentation
+ Ability to recognize safety concerns and follow safety guidelines
+ Proficiency with inspection equipment and reading blueprints
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Basic math skills and attention to detail for quality inspection
