Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a **Fabrication Support** to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Fabrication Support
**Location:** Alexandria, MN
**Pay Range:** $18+/hour
**Shift:** Multiple Shifts Available
**What's the Job?**
+ Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company’s vision, culture, and strategies.
+ Ensure that safety is always the number one priority by promoting and supporting a safe work environment.
+ Set up and run equipment safely and efficiently to maximize output while meeting customer quality requirements.
+ Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing orders and packaging based on specifications.
+ Perform general machine maintenance to keep equipment in optimal condition and provide suggestions for process improvements.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic computer skills.
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize proper inspection equipment.
+ A highly motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Basic math skills and the ability to detect minor defects in products.
+ Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts according to customer specifications.
